Having my principles, I emailed back politely that I'd escalated my claim via paypal as I'd heard nothing for almost two months despite numerous emails.
So someone who missed out got mine I hope

Apparently, the edition was sold out prior to Jan 13, but they continued to take orders and hold on to peoples money for 2 months. And they are completely unapologetic about it. Rather pi55ed off it taken this long to say they have over sold. This was meant to be a wedding present for a friend, guess I have got to find something else.

It was a bank transfer. Not sure if I would have the same recourse as a credit card, but I guess I should give my bank a call to see if there's anything that can be done. Still, it would be nice if Dizart would just issue refunds.
