On March 7, Dizart said, "you will be refund this week as i told you." What a nice professional response. Also, great follow through on doing what they said they'd do. I'm seeing a trend here. <sarcasm>
Also, those sketches are fantastic. I'm not going to let this experience with Dizart negatively affect my love for KwangHo's work.

Not sure why as the 60 days was up and I don't think it was sent as a gift. Still lost a few quid due to the exchange rate though. Relieved this has finally been put to bed and it's safe to say I will never be dealing with Dizart again.

This publisher a mere speck, I imagine most of the griping (legitimate) is here...in fact the posting of the book here initially probably caused a flurry of business they couldn't handle - although a good argument to be made that planning to make 90 and suddenly needing 120 instead isn't really a flurry. Brooklynite recently had similar problems with their RAE book. Only difference is Brooklynite acted professionally, didn't take money for something they didn't have, and communicated.
