As every one of Os Gemeos shows have always had beautifully executed pieces. I would expect the same in this case as well. BTW, does any one have dimensions on this piece? I can, and just did, buy one of the finest works of photography from the last century for a bit less than that.... And from a vastly more limited edition with a few decades of age to it.

It's hailed as being a celebration of hip hop culture, but the mindblowingly ridiculous price makes a mockery of any purported link to B boys and the DIY graffiti culture of the 80s. I genuinely now think much less of Os Gemeos, JR and Pharrell, four people whose previous work I respect enormously
I have exactly the same feeling as yours.
I was very excited by the announcement, looking at an opportunity to battle for an affordable piece of 4 great artists. When I discovered the price, I was so disappointed.
Not that I can't afford it, but more that I don't value it that high. It was an easy pass for me at the end. I believe they missed an opportunity to make 300 lucky happy people for this end of year.
300 x 5500EUR = 1.65mio EUR.
Aren't they ashamed to make such money with what's supposed to attract the common dude (i.e. it's sold on a website and advertised on instagram, not through a gallery)?

i donโt think that this is an album as read , here and there.
Itโs a 12โ so, a single with different mix I guess. 
It Will fit well in a hyped modern white kitchen in Little Venice or everywhere where there is money..
We all know that the Banksy โs lp have been overpriced and hyped ( again ) by some auctions ( or not ) sellers and galeries 2 years ago.
When I bought them I have never paid a price like that ! And it was the right price ! Look at the Roa lps too, these ones ( I had the 3 too ) were really incredible as they were printed in real cardboard ! Guess the price ? 45 quids then ! For masterpieces never have been done in pictures sleeves !
As saying my grand dad - as hot as a wood stove ( rip anyway ) - from Burgandy : โ never pay a red wine or Bourgogne more than 7 euros , most of all are all artificial or traficated, and the โ brand โ and location does not have anymore sense as the little appellation โ hills โ are now going for miles in the valleys ,,.
They all lie. Commercial use as abuse !
