Here's a great link by the design company behind the promo and a number of events which shows the other promo items including books, cd's, bear bricks, dvd's, footballs etc which you could get at both Dover Street Market and Footpatrol when you made a related nike purchase.

I missed out on the canvas but had seen one in the old Footpatrol store on St Annes Court.
The canvases may have been a Friends & Family deal and those invited to the event at the ICA???

not so sure about this advice, if a piece gets put in a very public auction and doesn't sell (or sells for less than their gallery prices) it's not just the seller that ends up hurting...
