By time I could confirm it was legit, of course it was sold out...when I finally got a rep on the phone and tell her it is sold out she asked in a southern accent "can't you just buy something else that would look nice on your wall"...

Chase is usually better than that. You should speak with them Now and have them do whatever settings to your account to avoid same in future.
