I don't live in LA where the event was, but I hired someone using a freelancer service to wait in line, purchase a print, pack it and ship it to me. The store was only allowing one per person, and the person I hired brought along a friend to wait in line with him so he was able to purchase 2 (after I asked if he could). I won't be flipping this on eBay for a profit, I just figured someone on here would be willing to grab the 2nd one.
Of course this means I had to pay for the cost of the hired labor, cost of packing materials, shipping to me, and then shipping to you. I am not making any profit off selling this, just recouping my costs. The total cost (before shipping to you) is $171.44 USD flat. Here's the breakdown:
Expenses:
Stephen Webster: 2 x Face to Face Signed Prints: $87.50 x 2 = $175.00
Office Depot Bubble Wrap: $5.98
FedEx Express Box: Free
USPS Ground Shipping Charges: $11.90
Freelance service (labor for two people): $150
Total: $342.88
Divided by 2 (one of you, one for me): $171.44 each.
Considering the cost of one print was $80 plus tax, and they are already selling on eBay for over $300, and I don't live in Beverly Hills nor did I have to wait in line for hours, this seems like a pretty good deal! He is emailing me photos of all the receipts, which I can share with you, too.
If anyone is interested, shoot me a DM. I'll have to reply in the order I receive them.

Thinking wow I got super lucky, I soon saw on IG that manny others had the same thing written on theirs however it was just the book not the box set. My question is do all the books, limited edition box set or otherwise have the same thing written on them "this is number 1 of 5000"? I would have expected the box set to be numbered since they are indeed limited. But maybe wrong?

Your assumptions are correct, all the books, box set or not are marked 1 of 5000. I have a book from the signing in Japan and one from last night and they are both marked 1 of 5000. Just a little bit of Dface humor I imagine.
