Queen Vic is rarer but less popular, certainly not worth twice as much and wouldnt be surprised if the choppers comes in higher.

It is more likely to be down to the condition of each print or the auction house's view on rarity IMHO.

If I recall correctly, there was no separate signed edition for this print and the signature was added only when someone clicked on "signed". Back then, very few people wanted to pay more for the signature so there are likely few signed prints on the market. |

Lee my opinion is that HC is more populist ie the legions of new banksy fans would sooner go for that image over queen vic. It's an easier image to digest and more wall/girlfriend friendly. Also queen vic probably means more to UK fans than the worldwide audience which limits its appeal.
Queen vics (unsigned) have always sat around on eBay for ages and ages at the £1500-£2000 level whereas HCs go really quickly. Having said that one just finished at £2550 on eBay but perhaps HC would finish higher that that who knows.
My question was really about how Bonhams can value the queen vic at double that of HC, seems way out to me. Due to rarity I would put a higher value on it (signed) but not double.
