Edit: Will edit this since it was a bit one sided. Graffiti Street definitely did come through and reimburse me partially for the damaged piece after I got a quote from my art restorer, which was very nice of them instead of insisting on a return/full refund. It does not however mean that I would trust them with a high valued piece in the near future. For me it is not worth the grief of getting a damaged piece of art, and having to go through a return or get a restoration quote and partial refund.

Sad when a gallery thinks they can overcharge for Originals with a new artist that has a small but growing fan base. I would have loved to get a large OG by you but the graffiti street pricing was embarassing

I think Bisser should be building his fan base not trying to price them out at this early stage. I too would love to get my hands on an original (messaged him a while back but got no reply). Missed the Arcadium canvas release as I got the 5 & 5:30pm times the wrong way round. Duh!
For the record, I was really happy to get my Werewolf from you in difficult circumstances and it was packaged well.

The statement the gallery released in this thread is extremely irresponsible and basically threw Bisser under the bus.

While I agree the prices seem a bit high, you're making a pretty sweeping generalization about Bisser's fanbase saying he's cutting 80+% (A number which can't possibly have any basis in reality unless you've done a whole lot of research that you also chose never to share here).
You're probably not wrong in what you're saying, but exaggerating for the sake of making a point only makes it easier for people to dismiss your comments.

That said. I agree with some of the points. A lot of us were excited here about Bisser's work, he's an amazing artist. And I think those of us supporting him at an early stage of his career wanted to get pieces without immediately being priced out.
I personally think they were a little high but purely for the fact that I would bloody love a canvas and it was a stretch too far. It's a fine balance between under selling your worth and going too high too soon. Makes me think of Ludo a little, he seemed to quickly go to seriously crazy prices and now...he's struggling to sell prints.
Anyway. Still a big fan of the artist and of the gallery. I'd of just loved to of got my hands on a canvas but on current prices that now looks unlikely.

It's a cracking print, I really like it I just think I would prefer another Geddes or Proch and only have so much wall space. 11 colour screen print Heavily handfinished by Bisser Watercolour painted werewolf Glow in the dark moon Size: 50x68.5cm Edition of only 35 Framed by MFM Offers around ยฃ500? Would prefer pick up from Brighton or London but happy to try and work something out with any interested parties:
