For 1000 $ you might get lucky and find a Bombsuit, doubt it though. For 700 $ you might get a Pig or balaclava. Circus is about 2500 $ , I'm putting crown at about 1200-1300 $ recently sold at ebay, but that was from Australia, usually fetches a lower price.

I'm not talking the prices down (which would be silly since I own some of them mentioned here) but the tone of this thread seems to be that you can't purchase a Dolk for a non-astronomical price.
