If I hadn't had so many Southern Rail delay repay claims recently I would have passed but I see this as a gift from Southern to me for all the inconvenience of the last 6 months!

It does give others a chance to pick one up who normally would fail .... wonder how many the eBay seller snagged to sell at 1800 dollars..... bet they are praying for a sell out of the print soon!

I agree its a higher price than previous editions but its also in this instance for a very good cause and yes the pound to euro is making this a little harder sell to the UK crowd. With funds going towards his new project and protection of orangutans, in a part of the world where deforestation is happening quicker than almost anywhere else - I say hat's off to him.
A seriously talented artist and it looks like no expense has been spared on the product. I look forward to seeing the quality of the print.
As an aside it is phenomenal how much rainforest has been and continues to be destroyed in that part of the world.
In Malaysia I spent hours in cars and on buses passing mile upon mile of monocultures of palm oil, it is depressing to see how much habitat has already been destroyed, so any work to support changes to the current status quo is a good cause in my book!

Exchange rate was not the deal breaker for me - it was priced too high, hence why I was put off. Couldn't really care less where the money was going either, that wouldn't make me buy something!Congrat's on those who purchased, sure to be a quality print from Idem and it's quite a nice image -makes a nice change for the checkout process to run smoothly too

What made me buy one was that it was a donation to a great organization - win/win. I get to donate and in the same process, get a very cool piece of his art. +1 for me.
