This would ward of flippers as no change of ownership would be allowed.
I seem to recall that Lotus did a similar thing with the Elise in the early 90's (might be wrong though as that's quite a while ago)

Online lottery or in person lottery like the Open Day would probabaly be the easiest to manage and fairest to most people.
Not sure this will be a print anyway though... It works far better as a real truck with toy animals, than an illustration!

So you don't need to wait for a print release because he's giving anyone who wants it a high enough resolution image to create their own print right now.
