Banksy.co.uk โข Official Banksy Website , by Deleted on Oct 7, 2018 9:26:29 GMT 1, I always thought that the Moco Museum in Amsterdam was a collaboration between Banksy and the museum owners. No, 100% not. If it's anything to do with Banksy it will be posted on either Banksys, fragilefragile or Jo Brooks Instagram
Iโm afraid Fragile is not an official source. The other two are though. Though I would recommend following fragile as he posts very interesting non-banksy content.

Itโs interesting that there is no longer a tab for the hotel. Banksy is letting that bad boy sail alone from now on.

Itโs because Laz didnโt charge to get in - it was free. Thatโs what this is about - not the showing of the art but charging people to see it, isnโt it? The way he has set out the real (all free except Dismaland that was ยฃ3) vs the fake (all of which charge an entrance fee).

Not saying that at all. Iโm saying that official news/events etc comes via banksy and his team first. People can then re-post what they want.

Fragile has been the first to post fresh banksy news many times even before Banksy or JB, but yes i hear you, it becomes official/confirmed when the other 2 post it.

Banksy.co.uk โข Official Banksy Website , by Jonny Wednesday on Oct 7, 2018 12:18:48 GMT 1, I went to the Amsterdam show last week, and even though it is not authorised, it is very good. Same here. I thought it was a good exhibition. Some pieces I'd not seen before.
Also the Icy and Sot collaboration, albeit unofficial was very good. Not really been following them before but will now. thought some of their works were very good.
I would recommend the exhibition.

He tightly regulates his name, art and the use of them. How many unsanctioned one man KAWS shows have you seen in the last 2-3yrs? True , Kaws is happy to steal other peoples art and images and change them a bit and brand his name on the result and throws his toys out the pram is someone else does it to him.
It's not something I would want to own anyway. It does nothing for me.
Too much of this art marketing these days seem to revolve around the wow look at the huge auction price this stuff just made and nothing else.

The fake are just pieces put together to be monetized. And some are organized by Laz, which I believe was not a happy break up. (Correct me if I'm wrong there)
