However, as good as the print is, im not sure it will make the wall anytime soon. Purchased a couple of other items in the interim, which have moved above this in the framing order. Happy to let it go for cost (Β£130 i think) plus postage. If anyone is interested just drop me a pm. Cheers

I've just taken my jeremy geddes asent print out of the folder for framing and some of the black ink has tiny scratches. Can't see them unless at an a angle. but look grey in certain light
Has anyone else have this with black ink backgrounds and is it common?

It's only a couple of mill square but is noticeable once you spot it. That said I couldn't be arsed to send it back and ive asked the framers to 'colour it in'. I'll post pics when I pick it up.

If its anything like the Adrift fiasco it's probably more to do with scuffs post-print/handling. The black/deep ink areas are super fragile and there was a lot of sadness around smudges and dust spots. Careful with your paper! |

i was really nervous even having my framer handle the print. any sort of brush or scratch can leave a mark. the solid black background of ascent just makes them that much more noticeable.
gotta get it in a frame ASAP to avoid any potential issues.
