Invader โข Astro Boy , Mona Lisa , Princess Peach , by Invaded 420 on May 20, 2014 21:50:45 GMT 1, I found these very underwhelming to be honest, and very expensive for what they are ยฃ290 for a signed ed 50 invader print is not that expensive? It's alot of money for a piece of paper of course but in today's world of print releasing and all its quite a good price for such a well established artist, no? But personally I loved them all. Think its a good choice if you like his paper originals but don't want to spend a few grand on one of them.

Completely agree. 300ยฃ is huge money, at least to me, but be worth it, I see value at that price. Ultimately its all relative to taste and preference. Particularly find the price as value when I compare to artists like retna and his last drop and failes book covers today (I like some of Faile's work but not today's stuff enough for that price) I just hope people want the art to enjoy it and not flip it!

That's how I read it tooโฆ However, the Japanese text seemed to suggest that you were restricted to one print from each of the four in the series... where as the English text seemed to suggest it was one print per person!
Lost in translation indeed.

I read a lot of posts here concerning the price of the sheet of stickers limited at 60 ex, and less expensive than this one ! I think when you byy street art, it is because you like it also ( as the LP of LSD ) and not only for " flipping " - I don't that you are doing it my friend ( anyway, I never do it ) - , or keeping them in a tube for valuable art ( sometimes, it is the contrary and nobody can find any buyer) . I think a little as Romulus, the Invader prints in Japan are not tip top adn they are very expensive ( we can have a new Dolk for this price )

Seems like using something like tenso would create a whole new mess A print must always be packaged well enough to travel from door to door, regardless of whether it stops somewhere else first. IMO still the responsibility of the seller.
(that said, I'm afraid they might not see it that way, since the second "door" has been reached according to them, so this is simply my opinion)

I like Invader as well , but, as for Dolk or others, I won't buy ( lol I have not the money ) all the prints coming out in a year !

Invader โข Astro Boy , Mona Lisa , Princess Peach , by Lroy on May 21, 2014 11:42:34 GMT 1, Yes BKBOI. This is street art. This is not classic art. Both worked out, and in. My prefered is anyway Invader, more creative I guess. But I like also Dolk. What is the problem ? have we to make, now, in street art, hundreds of subdivisions, as in Hard rock, Electro, etc.. ? I imagine a " geisha " art, a " tile " art, a " print " - a lot are not doing enough in the street, Invader does, etc....

Invader โข Astro Boy , Mona Lisa , Princess Peach , by BKBOI on May 21, 2014 13:56:41 GMT 1, You just said it so yourself, Invader is more creative. The other guy is just another Banksy alternative. The reason why Dolk prints are going for mad money is because of the lack of affordable Banksy prints in the market. What makes Dolk different from the other Norwegian stencil artists? Is it because he was the pioneer in that country?
I see one who made his own style of street art and the other making a killing from the lack of available works from Banksy.
I have no fight in this. I have works by both artist. I like Invader because the art is just part of the whole experience. Visiting a new city where Invader tagged the streets and using the Invasion map is the bigger experience.
Peace brother, let's agree that Invader is my preference as well.
