If you bid but didn't secure a highest bid you don't show up. Therefore some one has been bidding the minimum then stopping when it looked like they were going to go over. Therefore ensuring the current bid is pretty much the highest bid the bidder had placed.

Seriously there are over 60 people watching the auction and multiple bidders. It's been a very long time since I've had such a popular item to sell via eBay. I've even considered keeping this due to the interest but simply can no longer justify prints in tubes plus small children. Bad combination.
