THEN... about 2 days later recieved another signed copy with the same print number on it !? (though eelus obviously couldnt be arsed to sign it as well lol)
Anything similar happened to anyone else?
Also means the limited edition Chewbarber in pinky/purple has 201 prints in circulation!!!

Not 100% sure what you mean, are both prints with the same number, and both prints signed ? Did they come through eelus direct or POW ?

Ha Ha, something similar happened to me with DOLK's Che, They sent me three over a period of one month. This was during their moving office period so human error, but, and I advise you to think on this. They do keep a check of who they've sold to, so this will no doubt be listed on an excel sheet somewhere. So when they do their accounts, they'll probably find out their mistake.
Keep in mind they are the ONLY place you'll be able to order future Banksy prints, they're an ethical small business, and if you had accidently paid twice and they were aware of it, I'm 100% sure they'd let you know and refund you. I'd advise the same 
Besides, if you sell one on, it'll may just end up calling into question both prints worth. Who knows, you may get a gift in return , what goes around come around ;D

But as you said and as i was thinking, it could well make it lose value. Especially as people want a one off, not to have 195/200 knowing i have the exact same print

No, actually all had different numbers, I ended up selling them to a couple of mates at cost price to save the hassle of posting them back and customs costs etc etc. Worked out well and established a level of trust with POW that's paid dividends since then.
There was a mass of trouble on ebay recently when I bought an HMV 61/600, the postman crushed it and I sent it back, discussed it on a thread. and Bam, up popped another 61/600 that someone else had bought from Santas Ghetto. Caused a mass of trouble that still hasn't been resolved.
