Yes, I was. I thought maybe it was my credit card company, but don't ever rember happening before. But, I also used a card that I nirnslky wouldn't since you couldn't use PayPal. Why wouldn't you accept PayPal? Either way, what is up with that charge?

I've bought several prints from England and I've never been charged an "international transaction fee." Looking at the transaction online, it was charged by the gallery. They didn't even disclose it at the time of the transaction, so it's not entirely legal.

You wouldn't accept PayPal because you don't want money snatched out of your account at the whim of some keyboard jockey. It is only $15, but it was not disclosed and I hate getting nickle and dimed. Hopefully it was the CC company and not the gallery just tacking on $15.
