New Banksy Street work - 09/28/14, by Deleted on Oct 16, 2014 0:08:38 GMT 1, It raises some good points.
The Council says Banksy has their permission, hence his stuff is not illegal even if they don't like it.
They are very much mistaken. Dear -------, I have never been consulted on this subject. Nigel Brown T.D.C.
I was quoting the article by Alex Horne
www.vice.com/en_uk/read/banksy-graffiti-allowed-clacton-293
"I spoke to Nigel Brown, Tendring district council’s communication manager, in an attempt to get some answers. Initially he couldn’t make up his mind as to whether the piece had been removed for being offensive or illegal.
Then he said it wasn’t illegal because Banksy had their permission, and that anything that “enhanced the area” would be allowed."

New Banksy Street work - 09/28/14, by Rouen Cathedral on Oct 16, 2014 0:28:38 GMT 1, Wow. The police was called because someone graffiti on a piece of graffiti. Banksy seems to have them wrapped around his finger.
So ironic.
