After recently placing a picture on the latest buy thread, I was sent a pm.
This was by a person attempting to sell me a piece of work - beyond my budget.
We had several amicable exchanges, and I have nothing to complain about.
However, I checked this persons profile during these exchanges, to find that they possibly have 4 different user accounts on this forum.
I also looked back through previous threads that they had contributed to.
I found that they had previously been in a number of run-in's / disputes with other users.
Wasn't going to say anything - but perhaps better out than in, and new members should indeed be vigilant.

I think a good mix between common sense, gut instinct and knowledge of the seller should keep one safe.
As Hubblebubble said, if it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is.

Might be good to just mention the prints being offered.
I'd always question why they aren't advertised on the open forum.
