My apologies to tabtab.
He refunded me the money so that I could send a new payment for the correct amount meaning he would get ยฃ50 after fees. However as I hadn't had a reply to my texts and the last text I recieved had stated the money wasnt ยฃ50 and he had been offered ยฃ80, I had took it that he had then sold the print for the higher offer as my efforts to contact him where in vain, and not knowing tabtab from adam assumed he was selling to the highest bidder.
This was not the case.
So again my apologies, for the misunderstanding
Does still remain if anybody has a piece they have to sell I would be interested

MW - Climber, by daveart on Nov 7, 2014 16:05:45 GMT 1, still seems odd though.. i guess its a reminder to everyone to be super clear on what will be provided or what will not .. its a great gesture to offer to get someone a print if it works out.. i can see where it would get complicated down the stretch with tight buying restrictions..etc.. hope you guys can part amicably on this and move on..

This is from no where , I was only able to buy one print only but thinks I'm selling which I am not.
Money's returned straight away in the morning after the show , not messed about like some on here.
Genuinely tried to help out
I'm a Big collector and thought I help out another fan , always stated that would refund if I couldn't buy two prints before any payments made.

It's not profit as I have a big collection of stuff from way back but if buyer can't be assed to fulfil his side which he made terms on and I'm giving up my opportunity to pass up , why bother? I sent pictures and was going to post this morning , printed labels , checked PayPal account and saw deductions as he sent me a text screenshot of full payment not including deductions of PayPal fees and post. I explained one was left at show framed I said I tried to buy Unframed and asked if I could leave in situ so could be displayed and pick up after the show finished on Sunday and therefore I' would of post the one bought at the show.. I also explained There's always 2 sides of any misunderstanding. So you never sold it on for ยฃ20 more than you agreed with PoolDups.

If US based they would def get on one of the many reality court room shows that settle these petty arguments, only after the judge thoroughly lectures and attempts to humiliate them tho ha.

I can vouch that tartab has been a great help and resource to me when he didn't need to, apart from time spent helping me, he also gave me a freebie . One of best on here!
