I've read of the historical fiasco with people being refunded last time for canvases unreceived etc Unperturbed by this I proceeded and placed an order as I was confident the previous mistake couldn't happen twice on the run?!

I struck lucky & placed my order for a small fencer & art makes me happy on the cartel link after my PM requesting I wanted a Fencer was ignored (before any of these new canvases were placed up for sale). Obviously looking forward to receiving my first Kunstrasen's...

Today I got a PayPal notification saying my fencer is unavailable! Well if that was the case why did my order get accepted? So an ignored PM here & now a part cancelled order & partial refund...

Poor form I must say & very very disappointed. It seems that a request has been given by a friend who supercedes me in the priority list no doubt for my fencer & they'll be receiving it.

Think I should really cancel my art makes me happy also as this has left a bad taste in my mouth & I guess Kunstrasen doesn't now belong in my collection.

I placed my gripe on here too to transparently document yet another cock up & true to form, bad business practice. Thanks for that!

No, I understand that ABC was probably inundated with PM's so it was an oversight but why was my order accepted on the big cartel link & then I'm told today my small fencer is unavailable & I've been issued with a refund?!

Far far from happy as the canvas was for sale, I bought it - I should simply receive it... I'm not arsed with who's mates with who & who gets priority for pics etc but to miss out on a fencer through PM then bag it on cartel only to now seemingly lose it days later as it's conveniently unavailable is maddening to say the least.

Hence why I'd rather own no Kunstrasen's & put it down to a bad decision on my part for getting involved with something that has form for this kinda thing... **rant over & breathe...haha**

Yeah, I totally understand, I would be gutted also. I expect that maybe someone also pm'd him for the same canvas to which he promised. Then ended up replying to his full inbox with the same reply emails stating they will be listed soon. After you bought it through bigcartel, he probably realised he had already promised it to another buyer.
So someone had to lose out!
This might not be the case, but I'm sure you will find out soon.
Maybe out of goodwill Kunstrasen will make you another,if he still has the stencil!

All those overseas who have ordered, they were dispatched today. All UK orders are being collected tomorrow.

I received the "Art Makes Me Happy" large canvas today in NYC.
It looks amazing !!!! ABC was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
The item arrived within 7 days of purchase. I have not decided what to do
with the mini "Art Makes Me Happy" canvas that I already had on my wall
the past few months now. Maybe display them together or trade & or sell it ?

I have made a Kunstrasen Room in my house just like I did with my infamous STIK Room that you guys loves to goof on me about. I will post pictures of the Kunstrasen Room later tonight so you guys can have some fun mocking my love for everything stencil : )

Hopefully the majority have now been delivered. There are a few knocking around the postal system still though. If you have not received by Fri then PM please and I will provide tracking details etc. All UK parcels went via City Link..
Also the last couple of canvases on big cartel are up for grabs. These are the "this is art" canvases.

ABC where is my refund?

We've had dialogue through PM & you've now fallen silent conveniently when I demand my ££ back & that I will not wait for it any longer.

You refunded me (wrongly!) on the Fencer after firstly not keeping one aside when I requested via PM, then pointing me towards bigcartel & allowing me to purchase it before cancelling it days later & sending it to one of your mates no doubt...

You wrongly refunded me £125 for that instead of £135. Basically I lost a tenner for you cancelling my order!

The request for the extra tenner fell on deaf ears too!

Now I've not received the other canvas - Art Makes Me Happy. (Which you knew I was going to instantly pass on to anyone else on the forum at cost as you have me detesting anything by Kunstrasen now thanks to your mishandling of everything - and aren't too arsed either way anyhow of losing your buddy a supporter/collector of his work as you think it's all a big laugh to you!) Non-receipt of the 2nd canvas btw for observers is now at the stage where the canvas has been returned AND signed for by the sender.

I'd simply like my refund. I've been refunded £125 of my £270 outlay. I'm short of £145. Small change I know to somd but it's not the point!

I've brought it on here so that you can reply as you're now ignoring my PM's to get my money returned.

Next steps will be contacting your mate Kunstrasen to inform him of your apparent disregard for his image/reputation by the shoddy customer service you give forumites & to also open a case with PayPal. The latter will be pointless as you'll have refunded by then I know (you've stated Monday 1st Dec) but if I paid on the 14th November WHY keep my money for so long since?

Stop playing the fool & return my money. As stated in PM's I've been polite & said please already so won't be saying it again...

Ive no idea whats gone on between ABC and yourself ste its none of my business but whatevers happened its nothing to do with kunstrasen so i wouldnt let it put you off buying his work, he seems a decent guy and i love the little fencer i got, not trying to rub it in i just mean if you like his work you should buy it regardless, i'm sure like all artists he appreciates the support, hope you get sorted out im sure you will.
