Seems a very amateur mistake to me  Maybe one or two would be acceptable, but there appears to be many more. Also should have been spotted by whoever rolled them up for the tubes.
Quite the hassle for the gallery, I imagine they will need to have unsigned shipped back to them, then re-ship, all at their cost. That'll dig into the profit margin.

Maybe im cynical, but seen stuff sold before previews many times. Pisses me off everytime as well.
To be honest I would totally expect them to give first refusal to good customers so would have no problem with the pdf coming out all sold, would just be good to know
