Bought one last week, but no reply from kellie at all after I paid. Not even an acknowledgment to my subsequent query on the shipping date till now. I was also told they'd ship this week but not had an answer to a query about whether there'd be tracking sent out. Waiting on this and the Sweet Toof Pandemic print but no idea when either will appear...
Had an email from Kelie to say the LPs haven't shipped yet but will soon and there will be tracking.

Update on the LPs - just heard via an email that tracked to the UK is an extra $50 on top of the $50 already paid!! $100 to ship an LP to the UK tracked - sounds a bit much to me. Anyone else heard this?

Which terms and conditions? This transaction was done via email and over the phone. It was all verbal and at no point was I told that if shipping turned out to be more expensive than anticipated I would be charged the difference. I don't want to start a storm in a glass of water here. If I had been told shipping was 60$ from the get go I probably would have gone for it anyway. But as it stands everything was paid for and you don't charge an extra amount to someone's credit card after the fact without discussing the matter first. Anyway, not in my book. |
