As it happens I haven't even got my own!ha
No dramas though as I'm not massively into Borondo. Seemed like a good idea to get to understand his stuff a bit better & purchase a small print at a more-than-fair price point.

Dear Philippe, we're really sorry. We had more then 100 extra orders cause our website goes down and we can't stop the orders, anyway 2 days after we sent all the refunds and a mail in explanation. we don't think this is a bad customer service, we think we had a problem and we did our best.
This was posted on their fb page, so I presume all refunds have now been done, fingers crossed.

Very politely inquired as to whether they had shipped many prints before, and how they planned on sending them out. I then offered up some friendly advice with pictures, explaining how to properly roll and ship a print, in order to limit damages. They got back to me with a "Thanks a lot!!!", so I'm hoping they'll be fine |
