Iโd say Micallef prices have been very stable over the last couple of years. They dropped off a cliff long ago and appear to have levelled. Only a fool would tell you who the next big thing is.

Let the wine breath. Finish off Bambi in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes at 220, let rest for 15min and then enjoy while sipping on the Du-Pape. Salad to accompany is optional...
