I hear you Alchemy Art, keep your ideas close to your chest until they're published. Even then you're not entirely safe from it. Not until you have enough eyes to clearly see that it was yours first.

Thank you for your words of advice. Clearly we messed up the previous release and we owned up to that, but we learnt an immensely valuable lesson in the process. Still it is interesting to see that those who rip off other artists' ideas eventually show their true artistic merits, if any at all.

Not that I want to give this horrible release any more exposure on this forum, but I just noticed, isn't that funny that the name of the artist she previously ripped off appears black on white on her new release.
