I think its was on "friends" they said theres no such thing as a truly good deed because when you do a good deed you in turn make yourself feel good but better that than no good deed at all? Well said D - this is an art forum. I come on here to look at nice pictures, find out about releases and sometimes have a laugh - sometimes that might involve something charitable like Andy's excellent Flag competition. I like the show us your latest... threads as I get to see the real art rather than the promotional shots.
I don't come on here to:
1. Save the world
2. Salve my conscience
I do both these things on other forums
And as for all the bitching and moaning about lists and likes - really? Is it really that bad to have to scroll through.
Time to get a grip and go back to looking at some nice pictures.

One must also consider that charities also deflect government responsibilities.
