I will include a perspex frame that is not in the pictures

This was obtained from someone who got it at the Santas Ghetto exhibition
It has the features -
The Front reads: "Banksy of England" and is signed "P.O.W." DI FACED CURRENCY. "I PROMISE TO PAY THE BEARER ON DEMAND THE ULTIMATE PRICE" “GOVERNOR” and has the serial number CA70 364470.
The details aren't as clear as a normal tenner since Banksy scanned a real note and there is a printed crease down the middle.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, just send the note back within 3 working days and I will give you a full refund (minus original postage).

Don't the real ones have a certain feel and a specific weight? Two checks which might help you prove it is real.

Anyway, another mate gave me all the precision about if it is a fake or not : " They need to be able to weigh to the nearest point of a gram mate.... 2.3 .... Do you know what I mean ?..... And that is not the real note weight .. "
Mine was 7,6 cm large, 14,3 cm long , weight : 1.32 ( in gram ), but he told me that it was ok ..

I think the note is someone just having a bit of fun.
(I'm not a Banksy expert so don't put what I said into a book or charge sheet or anything)
Edit: Someone just whispered into my ear that some nightclubs stamp money with logos and things, which then get passed around in punters change. Maybe that's what this was originally?
Edit again: I wish people in the library would give you a bit more privacy and stick to looking at their own terminals.
