But judging by the amount of times I'm messaged to see if I'd like to sell it my view is this print easily commands the £3.5k the buyer paid and even more on the right day. Just my opinion from personal experience.

Some prints you buy you have exactly the place in mind. Others just take time. I have a stack waitting for the cluster wall still to do so it might make it there?

IMO some pieces are just 'hang or sell', and I would def put Invaded Scream in that category. But of course you can do with it whatever you please I just don't get it. A 100$ recent Graffiti Prints release could live in a folder for a while. Invaders best piece..nah. Frame that f**ker:)

If a print to you is just 'meh maybe I'll frame it in 5 years and put it on some random wall' but it's a grail to others, why not just sell it for market-value and let someone else enjoy it on an actual wall?

I have a few pieces from various artists that I really want on the wall but I really don't have time to get around to framing them. It's all about timing too, I bought the Peter Blake Dazzle and it was on the wall within the week. I have a busy life.

Invader Scream Print, by queserasera on Dec 18, 2016 16:03:47 GMT 1, I am dying inside because my framer is on holidays right know and i won't give it to somebody else... he'll be back at the end of dec.. then the scream will be framed right away.. waited for that one for 2 years right now.. zero knows i was so desperate that i printed an online jpg of the scream on photo paper, framed it and put it on the wall.. FOR TWO YEARS ;-) but right now everything will be perfect!!!

Yeah I could sell but alternatively, as a collector, I can keep them and look at them whenever I want. I buy a lot of work because I just like it and if it makes the wall great, if it doesn't quite yet - then that's ok too. My rules.

Comparison is flawed a bit.. everybody should decide for himself.. also everybody has different priorities to hang stuff.. the thing i don't like is that some people in here pretend to sell something on one day just to say they won't on the other day.. some kind of power game to push the feeling of superiority.. poor in the end.. forum hitchhiking ego trip.. thats it..

Given prices on all his work seems to have risen significantly over the last couple of months, as a guide I'll put these out there at £7,500 for the pair and see what offers come in. Lowballers and time wasters welcome.....
