Invader's intent needs to be factored in.
The very point of these prints was to be derivative. They're directly based on lithographs produced by Munch in the 1890s, The Scream and Anxiety (themselves based on earlier paintings / drawings by the artist).
Invader simply retained the proportions of the source imagery.
If he had made his two prints the same size, this would have undermined the concept and weakened the work.

And I got Hypnosis, because I amiled them about the sale, and they just called/mailed me to tell me that one was back.
Funny innit ( it was already sold out ) .

I didn't know that and now it makes sense.

Are your sure ?! They were sold out within a second! It got one because I complained to Laz, that the sale was a bit cheated , and boom , they asked me if I wanted Hypnosis , at the right place at the right moment !
It was the evening I remember very well..

Well it was the right decision back then I guess. I once sold stocks at 24 cents which ended at 12€. I thought it's great to double the investment :-) Everyone of us has probably a similar story to tell. Good karma points for you ;-)

Not super subtle but fairly witty and has added a new layer of context which simply tagging a picture wouldn't normally do.

But even if you offered more, it probably wouldn't have made a difference. It happens very often here that people are just testing the waters or just vanity and it tickles their god complex to say no. God knows Ive been a victim to this.

Not totally sure sure of pricing in the crazy world of invader. But know it's worth over £10k. So no offers less than that.
The print has only recently been framed by a professional framer (the urban framer) to a conservation standard with tru vue glass.
It's also an AP, so from an edition of 10. Where as the regular edition is of 50.
Based in south west London.
Print will be sold framed. It can be unframed and posted at the buyers cost.
Ive been around the forum for a little while. And have bought and sold many pieces. So I have lots of references
