So I'm out....
Advice to anyone wanting a Banksy - sit tight for a month or 6 weeks, let these lunatics drift away, normal pricing and sensible conversations will begin again by the end of Feb.
I remember an unsigned Applause went for 5500 last summer at auction and the same thing happened - back down at 2750 or thereabouts now.

So I'm out....
