Could be completely wrong obviously. True. His last show in Paris didn't have anything for sale did it?
If you mean the one at Palais de Tokyo, no it was a museum show and painting was done on the concrete wall of the museum.
My guess is people who will be there tonight will be able to buy an empty piece of the walls without knowing what Dran will draw on it (wall would be covered with canvas or paper). And with such a hype around him everything could be sold out even if people buy a totally random artwork.

Best news is that there should be eventually tonnes of artworks available at different prices (?), so some stuff for everybody. I haven't understood why many here still expect a lot to be freebies... it's about time the artist get a largest portion of the money made on his back if you ask me ! Not a big fan myself of those far too many personalised doodles made by the artist for his supposed genuine fans that end up offered on eBay for insane amount of money ;-(

Not sure about your quote but £1K for 10 x 10cm would sound about right to me considering that's what 100j drawings (similar size) are fetching nowdays... I'll be in at that level... |

I'm with FR, the whole wall will be paper and maybe you just buy the sections maybe or maybe not.  ?

That would make a 100 jours sized piece over £2k and there will be way over 100 drawings if it's whole walls.
Bare in mind the gallery probably has at least 900sq ft of wall space, that would be millions of quid of sales needed to sell out.
Will be interesting to see what they do though.

Why do people speculate and beg for information when it obviously won't be posted and you won't know anything until you're at the show. Just relax, be normal.
