Ripped off by someone in Houston Texas. Can u help, by maadbeats on Feb 11, 2008 20:22:45 GMT 1, If you paid via paypal and its getting around that 30 day mark. Make sure you open a dispute. Because its damn near imposible to get your money back after the 30 days.

Thankfully it's only been about 25 days and you can open a Paypal dispute up to 45 days after paying (I just checked). I will certainly open one tomorrow if I haven't heard from him.

The problem with paypal is that they only cover up to $200
