I tend to agree that if it is a Banksy piece, which it seems it is unless his IG was hacked, it is missing something in composition, placement, accessibility...
Can't wait to know where it is and see the full story !

Both are whimsical ways to draw attention to the issues Banksy wants to illuminate. It may be a poignant message being conveyed, but this piece is really quite sullen and an outright downer.
