Banksy is a serious business which creates some art using assistants and some companies in order to make it and also to promote it.
He is also part of a business which strictly enforces all his copyrights and intellectual rights.
The Bristol show at the museum could not have been done created organised by Banksy alone.

I don't see how this is different from any street artist; just a matter of resources and ingenuity. Many street artists simply don't have the courage to do something on that grand a scale without permission.
