I bought 3 Taxi Cabs and those are fire cakes right now! Sold one for $2.5 lol to the Banksy I grabbed a variant for $3K as well good Night all It all depends if you are a collector or a dealer.
No dealer will say anything derogatory about what they are selling so of course if you are a dealer you will say that Brainwash makes nice art.

His shows are wonderfully cheesy and welcoming if you have kids and an hour to spare- its an entertainment. my kids have a MBW spray can and a couple of his free posters frmaed up cheaply on their walls. If he does get people to go to a show who may not have ever considered it before, then its not a bad thing
I wouldnt pay money for this stuff though
have a few spare MBW free London show posters lying about, I may dig them out and chuck them up here if I can be arsed

I have no idea what your post is trying to say. I personally never thought Exit was a mockumentary really outside the fact that is is packed with Banksy type humor and wit. I really never got into the whole debate either because there really is no debate for me, its simply clear as day, there is nothing to figure out. I also do not think there is some conspiracy or anything like that, just a fantastic "experiment" if you will that worked very well on his stance on the Artists & the Art world. Also, I'd hazard a guess that it's MBW's visibility on the silver screen and boob tube in the States that helped bump Banksy's brand here as well.
Intentionally blurred lines and synergy at it's best.
