I hear you, and I know where you're coming from. I just think it's easy (and a bit lazy?) to draw conclusions from a few pictures or just speculation. I mean, if the guy was a long term art supporter or philanthropist who made his morning after humble beginnings, would people be more comfortable with it? Either way, I don't worry about it and will just enjoy what I have whilst trying to pester the bank manager and pow to get on that list  ?

I don't get that from his pictures at all. The comment under the Picasso was a joke about whether he could steal it. Other pictures looked like a wedding.

I'm not sure I buy the 'love hurts' story either - more would have come up if they just went to Craigslist randoms, IMO.
