Sad to hear he's gone 
Huge respect for the way he handled his Alzheimer's diagnosis and a really fun guy. I'll miss his imagination.

Reading the colour of magic and then a pile of the disc world series led me to read again after stopping as a kid. That also led me to university in the end. Strange but true, wouldn't have happened without those books!

One of my favorite authors - always brought an immense depth of compassion and a bevy of finely honed characters to the fantasy space. His books always consistently made me laugh out loud.
I'll miss his imagination.
