Last year I was in a position to buy a flat and needed to cash in a few assets. I had a someone who i knew I could sell FC to. I didn't ask what the value was as I wanted to see what If I could buy this print back if I wanted to and also what price people let these go for not and not just the 'said' value... Long story but I didn't end up buying the flat nor did I end up selling.. In May 2014 this year I helped the same buddy buy a flying Copper for himself.
I now need to again sell off a few things again to get as much money together as possible.
I can't comment on the How this is framed without being totally out of my depth as my knowledge isn't good enough to say if it's museum glass or acid free paper.
I have said I'm very happy to take photos and I have all the matching paperwork for the print.

Then keep it in an acid free sleeve.
Sell it unframed with no questionable problems.
Until you can prove its in good cobdition , you ain't gonna get the full value.

My issue here is that you wasted the time of sellers who contacted you. This was unnecessary. Under the false pretence of being a genuine interested buyer, you also gave those sellers false hope.
Still believe "no harm done"?
When seeking the assistance of strangers and they approach you in good faith, it's neither kind nor honourable to mess them about.
Follow the Golden Rule. It's ultimately more rewarding than giving people golden showers.
