They were my go to framer until I opened one up to sell. It was a Banksy flags and they'd stuck tape over the number, which in itself was ridiculous. They told me their conservators would fix it. I went to pick it up a couple of weeks later and they had removed the tape (badly) and re-written the number. They paid me for it and then re-framed it and sold it for a song. Absolute chancers.
