wanted sepia morons, by stillborncrisps on Mar 9, 2008 13:15:27 GMT 1, I had both colours and I have to admit I prefer the Greener version. Just seems to suit the print more. I think this is the colour Mr B changed it to as well.
Did it ever get worked out on here just how many green and how many brown there were? I know there was a lot of discussion about it at release time.

What do you mean by green and browns?? Wasn't there just a sepia and b/w version

wanted sepia morons, by markrobbo on Mar 9, 2008 14:50:36 GMT 1, Its certainly not a mess. It came like that. You should have sent it back for replacement, markrobbo.... Those creases are seriously going to put people off I fear. They'd certainly make me run a mile but then I'm not buying.
hi, thanks for the advice, I bought it on the secondary market so can't send it to POW unfortunatly.
Any advice if the creases could be professionally talen out?
MR

Here you go hlarmy... as (r)at said above there were some really big variations in colour within the 300 edition... I think these may be good examples of how different they were
Exhibit A: Deep and darkish
Exhibit B: Kind-of-pale-khaki-cum-a-bit-greenish-if-we're-being-honest
Exhibit C: Mushroomy
There are also a couple of threads on the "limited editions" board which explain the differences and how they came about.

Unfortunately, a crease in the image area is bad news...

wanted sepia morons, by markrobbo on Mar 10, 2008 21:34:24 GMT 1, not particularly as it went a bit wrong on ebay... I kinda clicked accept instead of decline so fortunately it wasn't less. Would have liked more as paid just over that mark 6 months ago so in discussions with the buyer.
I've since had an offer from a forum member who can get it sorted for ยฃ50 in terms of getting creases out. In the flesh I don't think its that bad but understand why someone may be put-off.
Even though someone just paid 3,300 GBP BUY IT NOW.
Cheers everyone
