Im not sure how to simplify it for you but ill try, works the same as anything thats being sold, retail is retail ie shop with overheads etc, not sure theres such a thing as wholesale with B in the same sense as with strawberrys that are almost unlimited as more are grown continuously, private/wholesale sale in theory should be around the same price retail buy at, with B its often not much less.
