Yeah. It resonates with me for a few reasons. I hit 40 last year and grew up around the music industry so there is a sentimental connection for me to the original image and playing records as a kid. There is a really interesting history of the original image throughout various labels over the years. I went on to music scool myself, played in a few bands, and watched the record industry turn itself inside out over the last few decades. When I was playing you needed a small fortune to get some studio time to record and were at the really at mercy of others to get it done. Now days all you need is a laptop and some free software which is absolutely fantastic. It's so much easier for musicians now days to self publish their own records and get their stuff out there and what I see in the image is that shift in power and control. Just what the image does for me personally.
Also I like dogs ;-)
