Unsigned Love rats have been on sale from £10k (Laz wanted £14k for one a few months ago). Plackard rats I think are cheaper I would take a stab at about £7.5k to £8k maybe £8.5k. But prices seem to be rising rather fast at the moment - so I would aim high rather than low tbh

No it's how it's printed....the image is rectangular but in the top left fades to a very light cream. Hopefully you can make it out on this close up.
