The increased wait time has to do with a surge in commissions so they could care less about sorting out your Β£65 piece of paper. Size of your market will b somewhat different with and without coa which will have a detrimental impact on price achieved but i think you'll find a buyer if your provenance is as you say. I dont really know what price you'd attain but it'll b a good one for the buyer once coa comes through.

I agree with all the above comments. I would apply for a COA and hopefully in the time it takes for it to arrive it may have even increased in value anyway.
I personally wouldn't buy without a COA. Banksy's are now so expensive I think a lot of people are now aligned to this way of thinking and so the price you would get would be significantly lower as you are asking someone to take a gamble.
It is difficult to put a price on it as quantifying the risk would be different for each individual hence why some wouldn't be prepared to even consider the piece for any price! Although having said that I would buy it off you for Β£10!

I contacted 727 Gallery and asked for a price, he asked for an offer, I offered him 29K GBP as an entry price and would have went up to 32K GBP on an S&S. At the time, late last month Prescription and others were asking 34K GBP + VAT on. Thought I could save a couple thousand GBP. If people actually go back through my forum involvement I have been nothing but helpful with the community. And yes mla never resold your chocolate donut but I did put it up for trade towards a strawberry since I've become akin to strawberry lately.  Hope you're well!

My comment was more to affirm that you were not poaching prints directly from UAA to immediately sell for profit in other channels.
