Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by jeeves on Apr 29, 2019 10:18:05 GMT 1, Does anyone have a view of fair value for an XL or XXL Keep Left sticker please? The one with the flower thrower imagine. Saw one framed up that actually looked really good and I think is my only chance to have that image on my wall given LIITA price! Thanks in advance for any thoughts

Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by campfire headphase on Apr 29, 2019 14:47:15 GMT 1, in live in san diego, ca, but every year i think about selling my choose your weapon print (with pestcontrol coa and original mailing tube, framed, the sky blue colorway) that's stored in rhode island, and it's that time of year again, if i can find a buyer and the hassles aren't too great.
so ... what's the going rate for a Choose Your Weapon in perfect condition? is the recent oct 2018 sothebys sale of a silver edition at $68,000 US anything to go by?
ideally, i'd find somebody to come to me while i'm in rhode island and inspect it and go home one happy camper. maybe someone from boston or new york, both of which are only three or so hours away from me. i don't want to send it, because i don't trust the people in my town to properly unframe it. i'll be there for 2 or 3 weeks starting this weekend.
so .... ideas about price?
once i get to RI and take pictures, i'll post em up on the for-sale board.
thanks for any thoughts you might have! can meet you in San Diego. Also - 68k was for Robin William’s VIP silver. The blue isn’t relatable to the CIP sale, which was also a tax-deductible charity. Happy to offer you a decent price upon inspection, but not anywhere close to 68 or higher.

i think sky blue, wide range, is 45-60k, not sure the tighter range.. hangup had a magenta a few weeks back around $60k and its no longer listed on the site so perhaps that sold?

Mine is in alignment with the 1/29/2018 auction at Forums. In alignment with FMV.

They're definitely about 20-30% over market and even other galleries.

In line with what the seller received? Thought not I think in the speculative space that is art, because... well, that’s what it is... the fair market value is based upon, and what the market is set at comes from what the buyer pays, not what the seller nets.
Come on Jonny, you’re with maddox. If you offered me a work and I referenced auction prices and what the seller net as a basis for what I’d want to pay, you’d probably tell me to kindly stick my dick into my anus. You’d probably tell me that the market was set by the price someone paid, which includes fees. Get real.

Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by JF on Apr 30, 2019 17:04:42 GMT 1, Hi,
Can anyone help me with a valuation on this "Banksy & Chu - Polite Line Do Not Get Cross (Tape) 2003? So far I've had no luck from a couple of reputable galleries.
Backstory - My Dad took me to Santa's Ghetto back in 2003. Bought this (see pics) and it's been sitting in my old desk drawer for the past 16 years. Forgot I even had it until having to empty out my old teenage bedroom recently.
Thanks!

I could be wrong but isn't that one of the 're-issue' rolls Chu made and put out a couple of years ago?
As I recall, the original rolls didn't have the the 'POW Product' text on the inner roll?
I’m pretty sure the second (SOS) release had ‘Phoenix tape’ on the inner roll.

I would imagine you’ll get at least £20k if it has a coa.

Queen Vic is a fabulous print. I like all the others you listed too. Horses for courses, I guess.
