Very nice Dappy. As you know with Faile it is all about the image. This looks like a Sexy Ads except with fluoro paint. I would think it would be a little over cost. Most of the Sexy Ads i have seen sold have gone for cost or under. It is stunning tho and would look great on the wall. A friend of mine runs a brothel and i have been trying to persuade him to hang art like this at his establishment. I got him a few Handiedans last year which work really well. Not sure Han would like to hear that tho..

Released in 2012 with half being allocated via a lottery to those that donated money to the hurricane Sandy appeal that Faile set up. The other half were released online somewhere in Asia. You don't see them very often but the 2 I have seen sold went for around the $900 mark. There was one on ebay not long ago not sure if it sold tho.

Looking for a price check on a Faile Challenger, edition of 24. You can see a pic of it in the failes framed thread.

I am Looking for a Star Spangled Shadows and would like to know where this one is in relation to value of the SSS.

I've searched the past sales but they are few and far between.

Any help and info is greatly appreciated!

Both are great prints which I have had at one time or another. The FV I would expect to go for the £600-£650 mark and the launch tonight £650-£750 mark in a private sale.

The print market for FAILE is really hit and miss in my opinion.  Depends on the image and a bit of luck to get high prices. range:  $900 - $2000  seems to be the market for most of the older prints.  big range i know.  Only the bigger low run pieces get in the $2,000 - $5,000 range.    Happens Every Day, butterfly girl, and a few others hit that range periodically I think.   That Mermaid Challenger may get you into that range.. ?
 
Check the forum help section for posting pictures. basically you need to open an account in a photo sharing site like photobucket - upload the photos there- and then you put the link tot he photo in your post.  

i personally would be interested in the original on wood if you get some pictures, size, etc.. 

What is your value of the Original Faile book covers? I see prints go for more why the lag in interest for an original book cover. I own the "Tricky Diktators" book cover with sanghai mao vs. bunny/nuke nixon. This isn't a print more like a pieced together collage mixed media book cover. They started out in the area of $1000 have prices moved at all?
