Most all of the early (pre 2000) Fairey print are above $1500 and go as high $3000 with a few exceptions going higher. Mark doesn't come up that often so I would say $2000-$2500 depending on condition.
Marilyn has seen an uptick in sales over the last year mostly going under $2000.00 ($1500-$1800 range) again depending on condition.
Those early prints were printed by hand and not handled extremely well during the printing and shipping process so they tend to have minor blemishes.
Sugar Hill Gang is a concert poster and those tend not to sell as well generally, esp with the high print run. It's going to be less then $300.00 unless you find someone who really loves SHG and wants the print.
I would love to see some pictures of Mark and Marilyn if possible.

value of an unsigned one? opinions on future value?
edition is huge (5000), it's unsigned, size is huge (about 100x62), image is one of his most widely known (it's often paired when talking about HOPE, which is obviously the star)

To the best of my knowledge there are three main campaign images from 2008: Hope, Progress, and Change. The first two share the same Obama image. Progress was from an edition of 600. Hope is in the Smithsonian collage (edition of 3), litho on thick paper stock (edition of 600) and in open poster format with thin paper stock. The original image was used in Progress, but Hope became the most iconic by orders of magnitude. Change is the least valuable and desirable among the three.

Shepard Fairey Artwork, VALUATION, by chomsky on Nov 9, 2020 0:42:32 GMT 1, Hi, I have a Peace Elephant print which is a bit special ... Thanks to the Expresso Beans forum, I found out what it is: a failed, unnumbered print which was then given to a few Black Label skaters. The gold ink around the flower and in the rays is not present in this print, and the ends of the rays are blotchy. What do you think this print would be worth? Thanks for your reply!

Progress is an edition of 350 (not 600) at the 24x36inch size and is a screen print whereas the Hope print is an offset litho (not as good quality on poorer paper, I can vouch for this as I have both). There is a smaller version of Progress (9x12), also a screen print as an edition of 400.
The Progress from the edition of 350 tends to sell for the highest amount possibly as it is rarer and it was the original version and the quality is better. Next in line is the Hope edition of 600. Then Progress edition of 400. Then Change.

Progress is more like the prototype in comparison.
There's also the Yes We Did - Victory! prints.

what a great piece you have, how did you come about it ( in my antiques roadshow voice)? While these have sold for far less then the standard version. ( they are both real, and official name " Obey elephant" ) I personally believe this one is more valuable. Aside from the lack of ink in some locations, You will notice a dot pattern in the rays. This is what is know as a "moire pattern " This is not suppose to be there, its a product of bad film seperations. How this project ever made it past the Screen making stage is beyond me. Most people would catch the mistake @ the film stage. If shepard saw this before it was done, he probally would of stopped it then. However never one to let things go to waste, he signed them and made good use of them by giving them to black label skaters. And thats where i think the value is here. this Edition Is alot more rare then the Sold edition. How many skaters do you know that collect Poster art, Even if if they did keep them they probably have pin holes on the corners, Congrats on your pick up. I firmly belive you will be handsomely rewarded one day. I have mine framed side by side. and my skate deck close by. Btw. If i am not mistaken they even made "paster" versions ( thinner paper version ment for street art installs) of this. those are also rare and you barely see them come up.
P.s. If your in the L.A. Area and want to grab some great pizza . check out Salman Agahs joint... pizzanista.com/ www.instagram.com/pizzanista/

I asked back in September, 2016 but would like any updated opinions on pricing of this(not for sale): Marilyn Warhol Canvas Unique 1/1, 2008 60"x44" Thanks much. Haven't updated insurance valuation in about three years now, so it's about time. What do you think the current going price would be for this? Thanks.

Shepard Fairey Artwork, VALUATION, by gangnomestyle on Nov 25, 2020 17:46:17 GMT 1, Progress came before Hope. I've seen the Hope 600 consistently sell the highest. It's the 'official' version, the one the Obama team adopted itself. Progress is more like the prototype in comparison. There's also the Yes We Did - Victory! prints. I would suggest original rather than prototype as Progress wasn't just a tester, it was published (twice) as an official print, at a higher quality than Hope. If you know the story of why it changed from Progress to Hope you will know why this change was important and why it makes Progress sought after even though Hope is certainly the most iconic.
Can you point me to the auction results comparing the two? The recent Sotheby's result was much higher than most previous Hope or Progress results from what I can find, so maybe a bit of an outlier.

Both of these don't come up too often.
The Sothebys HOPE A.P was framed and only in good condition.
I had just purchased a HOPE signed edition of 600 at the end of last month, not easy to find a mint unframed one but I did.
Here are some results for the HOPE, you will have to look through them for the editions.
