As ridiculous as that price might be from gh if there ever was a market where emotion and ego move markets out of whack it's the art market. Just takes one buyer to not care and snap it up then suddenly the holders of that print won't except offers unless it's close to that price such as $25k. There are so few prints that if 10 people wanted it and there are only 1 or maybe even 0 sellers which is reasonable assumption one of the 10 buyers could easily offer up $25k and next thing you know they aren't going for much less again. As $29k & $25k are the last 2 sales. Suddenly sellers aren't coming off for $10k which would get you one today (just not from guy hepner lol).

Yep. Been offered several over the last few months well below $6. Passed on all of em as the image doesn't do it for me . Point was Guy Hepner is notorious for being in a lot of cases DOUBLE market value.

Obviously they were recent but my point is prices have basically doubled in the last month. So 6 months ago prices you can forget about acquring at.

Looking back to first page of this thread in 2nd half of 2015 and people were suggesting 1.5 - 2k for a signed Albino. At that point the print was nearly 10 years old already. Fast forward 20 months and it is ยฃ7k... I think it is all very odd.
