I honestly don't understand why spend over £ 5k today and don't wait until you get a chance to buy it on Spaceshop.
I would offer max 2k at the moment ...

Maybe they are unaware about the online drop. I think the Invader story mentioning it was removed after 24h, so some people missed it surely.
Maybe they doubt they would get one during the drop and in that case, maybe it's better to buy now. Many disappointed people will try to source one after the drop. The consensus is that the Scooter is his weakest print and it's going for about 4k I believe, so paying a 1k more and have it sorted might not be such a bad idea. 

Some people are rich enough that they don't care. They want the print, they buy it. 

£5k for the weakest image from the series IMHO.

maybe because the chances of getting one in the spaceshop is somewhere close to zero....

Maybe whoever bought at £5k has a fear or knowledge of an Invader price hike?

I think it’s coming soon after without doubt. You’ve got galleries like Maddox pumping Banksy, Stik and now Invader so surely the prices are to rise off the back of that. I hope so because I’d rather cash in on my Invader artworks if needed rather that the other two.

I understand that the probability is low,because of the difference between the demand and the actual number of prints. 
I will update every day the spaceshop and maybe I get lucky, before everyone else (see! told you, naive!) since there is no fixed release date and time.

I believe Scooter is widely recognized as his worst print (the scooter itself is a classic but there's nothing that screams invader in that print) and agreed, I guess it can be found at around 4-5k.

Funny you mentioned Camel and Marlboro. They looked great at the exhibition hanging together. After seeing the show I changed my mind about some of the prints. Some of  them I like more, some of them I like less. Kung-fu and Explosion for example looked great together (too bad I traded them both). 

I'd probably say that "Les Toits Du Palace" could be bought for 5k but not sure. The bottom line is that all signed invader prints are within 5-13k range. Based on that, while I agree, this new one is not one of his best, but I would say it 5k would be a minimum for that print.

It would be good if it was embossed, that Apple icon influence really helps selling that image imho. For the original run, apparently the artist was unhappy with it. And yes, I might be biased as I own one, but really trying to be objective and reasonable.

OneGallery just offered me a black Alert print for USD 10,000. This is f***ing crazy, since not all editions have been released yet! What do you think?

i think you should have increased the figure to 20,000 just so it sounds really awesome.

I literally do not understand what your problem is with me or my posts. I am just promoting transparency. So if you do not believe me, please see the attached screenshots. Although I do not have any obligation to justify myself in any way. I think it is in the same way as crazy as you think! I want to understand why prices get inflated so quickly. If you have the answer than please go ahead and provide me with it.
